Forest Theater by Forest Forward, Renovation and Expansion

The Renovation and Expansion of the Forest Theater promises to ignite a healthy and thriving South Dallas neighborhood. The theater and adjacent spaces will be converted into a hub for entertainment and arts education with a flexible 1,100-seat concert hall, creative education laboratory, 100-seat black box studio theater, hospitality annex, rooftop terrace, catering kitchen, connected back-of-house spaces, surface parking lots, and landscape/hardscape improvements.

The Projects Group (TPG) is providing comprehensive Project Management and Owner’s Representative Services from pre-design through construction for this culturally significant space. In addition to predesign services, we provided guidance to bringing comprehensive specialty consultants on board which included creating a proforma and food and beverage study.
